Established Hokuyo Shokai,
which would later become Mitsubishi Shokuhin.
Over the past 100 years,
with the support of countless people and companies,
we have carried forward our passion for food,
passing the baton from one generation
to the next.

In 2025, Mitsubishi Shokuhin commemorates the 100th anniversary of Hokuyo Shokai, the predecessor of Ryoshoku, which became its parent company. Looking back on our company's journey and reevaluating the experiences and insights we have gained, we aspire to make this a pivotal year, for greater achievements in the coming century. We are launching a project to unite all employees, so please look forward to it.
